Mrs. Bramble and Ms. Siddiqi are very excited about the opportunity to work together with the students, faculty, staff, and administration of such a great school. We are both looking forward to getting to know you and your students during this upcoming school year.

With nearly twenty years in education, Mrs. Bramble is thrilled for this new opportunity to serve such an incredible school and community. She earned her Master’s degree in School Counseling from the University of South Alabama and her Education Specialist degree in School Counseling from the University of West Alabama. Mrs. Bramble's professional association memberships include ALCA and ALSCA.

Ms. Siddiqi is a third year Middle School Counselor and employee of the Baldwin County Board of Education. Her education includes an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in School Counseling, both obtained from the University of South Alabama. She received her National Counseling Certification in May of 2022. Ms. Siddiqi received the Asa Sparks New Counselor of the Year award in November of 2023. Ms. Siddiqi's professional association memberships include ALCA and ALSCA.
Department Responsibilities:
- Providing direct counseling services to students individually, in small groups, or large group instruction as needed.
- Providing education and support services for parents.
- Facilitating referrals to community support services.
- Advising students on academic planning and career guidance, including helping students understand ACT Aspire score results.
- Working with Spanish Fort High School to inform students of the academic requirements for high school, including assisting students with registration and development of the state-mandated high school 4 year plan.
- Conducting Attendance Early Warning Conferences as needed.
- Serving on the RTI (Response to Instruction) Team.
- Serving on the Leadership Team
- Serving as Homebound Coordinators
- Conducting annual required teacher training
- Identifying Duke TIPS qualifiers
- Coordinating the Peer Helper Program
- ACPS (Kuder) Administrator

Counseling Mission Statement
The mission of the Spanish Fort Middle School Counseling program is to provide all students with equal access to comprehensive and developmentally appropriate counseling services which promote equity in achievement. The counseling program will provide an encouraging, secure, and trusting atmosphere which inspires all students to become deep-rooted in being emotional, social, academic, and career-aligned citizens. This mission will be accomplished by providing a variation of organized, focused, and purpose-built counseling tasks that promote measurable progress. At Spanish Fort Middle School, our counseling program creates a positive learning environment where Respect, Integrity, and Determination achieves Excellence. Our students, staff, parents, and the entire Spanish Fort community succeed through effective leadership and collaboration while advocating for the students on a daily basis. Through this partnership, Spanish Fort students will be able to compete in a worldwide economy.
